M. Jacqueline Larkin
As an associate at Eugene J. Malady, LLC for the past five years, Jacqueline Larkin works in the areas of foreclosure, complex commercial litigation, PACA litigation, and bankruptcy for both debtors and creditors. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Larkin graduated Magna Cum Laude at the Widener University School of Law. Ms Larkin attended the Pennsylvania State University where she graduated at the top of her class with a B.S. in Business Management & Marketing.
While attending law school at Widener, she served as a Senior Staff member of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law Review. She was selected as a Widener Merit Scholar and also received The Lucinda L. Peipher Award for excellence in International Law. Additionally, Ms. Larkin served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Thomas Ambro of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She also was a Certified Legal Intern for the Delaware County District Attorney's Office.
Recently, Ms. Larkin was recently recognized in the August, 2013 issue of Main Line Today magazine as one of the top three bankruptcy attorneys in the area. She lectures in seminars for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Delaware County Bar Association on current topics in bankruptcy law.
Jacqueline is an active member of the Delaware County Bar Association where she participates in the Young Lawyers Section, Family Law Section and serves as a team leader on the Guy DeFuria Inns of Court. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, working out, spending time with her family and friends, and her golden retrievers, Seamus, Duffy and Gracie.
